These Terms of Purchase apply to all purchases of products (including chargers, batteries, hubs, docks, portable power stations, conferencing gear, and related items, hereinafter "Products") from Anker US (accessible at ankear.com, hereinafter "we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order on our website, you (hereinafter "you" or "Customer") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Order Placement and Confirmation

  • When you submit an order via our website, you are making a binding offer to purchase the specified Products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of insufficient stock, inaccurate product information (e.g., incorrect pricing or description), or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Upon receiving your order, we will send an automated "Order Receipt" email to confirm we have received your request. This email does not constitute order confirmation. A separate "Order Confirmation" email—containing your order number, Product details, total payment amount, and shipping information—will be sent once your order is processed and accepted. The contract for purchasing Products will take effect when you receive the Order Confirmation.
  • We may contact you to request additional information (e.g., verification of shipping address or payment details) to process your order. If we do not receive the required information within a reasonable period, we may cancel your order and notify you via email.

2. Payment Terms

  • All Product prices displayed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, but such changes will not affect orders for which we have already issued an Order Confirmation.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other commonly used payment methods as indicated on the checkout page. By providing payment information, you warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information provided is accurate.
  • Payment will be processed at the time of order placement. If payment is declined, your order will not be processed, and we will notify you to provide an alternative payment method.
  • We collaborate with trusted third-party payment processors to handle payment transactions securely. We do not store full payment card details; all payment information is encrypted and processed in accordance with industry security standards.
  • Free Shipping Benefit: All orders qualify for free standard shipping—no minimum purchase amount is required. No additional shipping fees will be added at checkout.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • All orders will be shipped within 1–3 days from the date of Order Confirmation, with an estimated delivery time of 6–12 days from the date of shipment.
  • Once your order is shipped, we will send a "Shipping Notification" email containing a unique tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the real-time delivery status of your package via the carrier’s website.
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address (including street name, apartment number, and postal code). We are not liable for delivery delays, failures, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, you may need to pay a re-shipping fee to send it again.
  • For international shipments, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the Product price or covered by our free shipping policy and will be collected by the local carrier at the time of delivery.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Eligibility: You may return Products within 60 days from the date of delivery, provided that the Products are unused, unopened, in their original packaging (with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact), and free from damage or alterations. Customized or personalized Products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or we shipped the wrong item.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team via email (service@ankear.com) with your order number and details of the Products you wish to return. We will respond with a return address and step-by-step instructions.
  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of returning Products, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective Product, wrong item shipped). In such cases, we will reimburse your return shipping fees upon receipt of a valid shipping receipt.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned Products (to confirm they meet eligibility criteria), we will process your refund within 5–10 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider’s processing timeline.

5. Product Information and Availability

  • We strive to provide accurate, up-to-date information about our Products (including descriptions, specifications, sizes, and stock levels) on our website. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free, complete, or current. If an error in Product information affects your order (e.g., incorrect pricing), we will correct the error promptly and notify you—you may then choose to cancel the order or proceed with the corrected price.
  • Product availability is subject to change without notice. If a Product you ordered becomes unavailable after we have sent the Order Confirmation, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund for the unavailable Product.
  • Due to differences in monitor settings and photography lighting, the actual appearance (e.g., color, texture) of Products may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website.
